临川区作为地方经济的重要增长极，其经济发展水平对区域经济竞争力具有举足轻重的作用，江苏大京投资控股集团有限公司（以下简称“大京集团”），为积极响应临川市政府号召，在临川当地成立新能源电站建设项目，并计划投资一系列具有潜力和价值的产业，为临川区的经济发展注入新活力，为了实现长期稳定的合作与共赢，大京集团携手临川市政府，并引入央企长城（天津）股权投资基金管理有限责任公司（以下简称“长城基金”）和及上海大京企业管理有限公司（以下简称“大京资本”），共同成立临川产业基金，基金规模总计10亿元，其中大京集团出资8亿元。

通过本次合作，各方将共同推动临川产业基金的发展壮大，为临川市的清洁能源产业和其他有价值产业提供更多投资机会，为地方经济的繁荣和发展贡献更多力量。

Linchuan District is an important growth pole of local economy, and its economic development level plays a pivotal role in regional economic competitiveness. Jiangsu Dajing Investment Holding Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Dajing Group"), in response to the call of Linchuan Municipal government, has set up a new energy power station construction project in Linchuan and plans to invest in a series of industries with potential and value. To inject new vitality into the economic development of Linchuan District, in order to achieve long-term and stable cooperation and win-win situation, Dajing Group joined hands with Linchuan Municipal Government, and introduced the central enterprises Great Wall (Tianjin) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Great Wall Fund") and Shanghai Dajing Enterprise Management Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Dajing Capital") to jointly establish Linchuan Industrial Fund. The fund size totaled 1 billion yuan, of which Dajing Group contributed 800 million yuan.

Through this cooperation, all parties will jointly promote the development and growth of Linchuan Industry Fund, provide more investment opportunities for the clean energy industry and other valuable industries in Linchuan City, and contribute more to the prosperity and development of the local economy.
