集团甘肃大基地风电项目由天水1GW风电项目和庆阳1GW风电项目组成，总投资约100 亿元人民币。该项目建成后，可极大增加地方清洁能源供电比例，优化当地能源结构，同时助力地区加快形成以算力基础设施为代表的新质生产力，推动地区能源与科技产业共同高质量发展。
